SECURITY SPECIALIST
Ensuring the security of the company's activities, including the preservation of its trade secrets, is an internal matter of the company itself. Whether or not to create an integrated security structure depends on the scale of the company's activities, the actual needs, the uniqueness of the technologies used, the level of market competitiveness, etc. As a rule, the responsible head of a small or medium-sized enterprise uses the services of a security specialist. This does not necessarily mean a reduction in security costs itself, but only indicates the introduction of a full-time unit responsible for the security of the enterprise as a whole and endowed with authority to distribute security functions among the rest of the staff. This is the so-called internal model of the company's public safety. The security specialist organizes special protective measures and exercises the powers granted to him. Managers of an enterprise need to know that the actions of a security officer will have legal force only if they are recorded in the fundamental legal, legal and organizational documents of the enterprise. The position of a security specialist may also be included in the staffing table of the security department. In this case, he will be the middle management level of this structure and will report to the head of the security service. He has fewer powers, and often acts as an assistant to the head of the security service. The tasks of an independent security specialist are: ensuring the security of the company's activities; protecting commercial, industrial, financial, business and other documentation that requires special access; protection from malicious external influences, including competitors.
